Your account

SpeakLegends uses Sign in with Apple, so there is no separate password to remember. To switch the Apple ID linked to your progress, sign out from Settings → Account and sign back in with the Apple ID you want.

Subscription & billing

SpeakLegends Premium is billed by Apple through your App Store account. Manage, change, or cancel it any time at Settings app → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Progress sync

Your streak, XP and lesson progress sync to your Apple ID and restore automatically when you reinstall or sign in on a new device. If progress looks out of date, confirm you're signed in with the same Apple ID, then fully close and reopen the app.

Hearts & lives

Hearts refill over time, and you can earn them back through practice. Premium removes the hearts limit entirely so you can keep learning without waiting.

Sign-in trouble (SIWA)

If Sign in with Apple fails, check your internet connection and that you're signed into iCloud on the device. There is no password to reset — authentication is handled entirely by Apple.

Account & data

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your SpeakLegends account and its data directly inside the app — no email or approval needed. Deleting your account is irreversible: your streak, XP, lesson progress and profile are permanently removed.

Delete it in the app

  1. 1 Open SpeakLegends and go to the Settings tab.
  2. 2 Tap Account.
  3. 3 Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4 Confirm when prompted. Your account and all associated data are permanently erased.

In short: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Can't access the app?

If you can't open the app to delete your account yourself, email support@speaklegends.com from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you. We may ask a question to confirm ownership before erasing your data.

Note: deleting your SpeakLegends account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Manage or cancel that separately in the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data and the Terms of Service for the full agreement.
